  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is faulty or incorrect

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused
  • Items must be in original, unopened packaging

Return Shipping

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer:
